Turn off HTTPS (SSL) Elastix

Posted on September 20, 2011 by admin

By default some services are installed to be managed by https://<YourServerIP>/ interface,
but in some circumstances you have to change it to normal HTTP.

In order to do this it’s you require just one simple change:

Locate the file elastix.conf in /etc/httpd/conf.d/

In te section of:

<Directory “/var/www/html”>
# Redirect administration interface to https
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule (.*) %{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}
</Directory>

change RewriteEngine On to RewriteEngine off
Thereafter restart HTTP

#/etc/init.d/httpd restart
